MXM Story
MXM was founded in 2016 by Alfred Luca who after 25 years in the building and contracting trade identified a gap in the market for a building and maintenance contractor that ‘self-delivers’, meaning they own the entire project from start to finish.
With self-delivering we rely on our own teams, we are fully- accountable to the client, communications are more transparent and faster and clearer, a big bonus in the current environment
From a small compact team that focused on quick turn around and end customer satisfaction, demand for MXM’s services has grown at a rapid rate and the team has grown to 50 operatives and a management team of skilled and dedicated staff based at the head office in East London.
Our goals are to put the client’s needs and business aims at the heart of our service. To create a comfortable and conducive work environment for our staff, in order to help them perform to the best of their ability. To create a fair, inclusive and diverse team and culture.
